Policies
If Parents have a complaint about their child’s schooling, they should raise it with class teacher or Head teacher. However, there is a special procedure for dealing with complaints about the school curriculum, including Religious Education. If in the rare event, a complaint or anxiety has not been resolved through the school, complaints can be made through the procedure involving the Governors and if necessary, an independent panel. A copy of this formal procedure is available from the school.
During the last academic year, Al Muntada Girls’ Secondary School did not receive any formal complaints.
