If Parents have a complaint about their child’s schooling, they should raise it with class teacher or Head teacher.  However, there is a special procedure for dealing with complaints about the school curriculum, including Religious Education.  If in the rare event, a complaint or anxiety has not been resolved through the school, complaints can be made through the procedure involving the Governors and if necessary, an independent panel.  A copy of this formal procedure is available from the school.

During the last academic year, Al Muntada Girls’ Secondary School did not receive any formal complaints.

The following policies are available upon request from the Administration Department;

  • Health and Safety Policy
  • Policy on Safeguarding Children
  • School Trips Policy
