Governing Board

Al Muntada Girls’ Secondary School is an extension of Al Muntada Primary and is therefore governed and managed by Al Muntada Al Islami Trust.  The Governing Body has evolved from the original steering group committee. The trustees monitor and evaluate the functioning of the school, ensuring that the school maintains its ethos. The school is lead by the School Business Manager who acts on behalf of the Governing Body and is responsible for implementing guidelines and policies.

The governing body members consist of several different members of the Islamic Community in London with varying strengths and qualifications that bring diversity and expertise to the school. 

The school Management Team that is also part of the Governing Committee runs the school.  They are involved in the day to day running of the school and are accountable to the whole Governing Committee and major decisions are referred back to committee level.
